Ep.30 Sasha McDonald joins us on the podcast this week. Sasha runs the instagram page Transcend Taping. She’s a local from the GTA! Sasha is a hand finisher that loves to run the auto tools when she gets the chance and is just wrapping up a renovation on the University of Toronto campus. We talk tools, the union, tattoos, how labourers onsite is the shit, the mental clarity a clean worksite can bring, podcasts, Box lacrosse and the importance of having the correct leadership in place. She’s very active in a bunch of communities, leaders under 40 being one of them, and is excited to promote the trades to the next generation. She is a shining example of the solid work ethic and kindness this community needs. This was an excellent podcast, I hope you all enjoy it.

Ep.26 Dan Grey joins us this week. The man, The myth, The legend! MUDMAN DAN is an absolute VIKING among men... he's been spotting screws since he was 7 years old. With that kind of experience comes excellent conversation. Dan is the creator of my favourite Facebook Drywall group “Drywall mentors”. A safe space for anyone to go and talk Drywall with, absolute masters of the Drywall community. This week we discuss; Sharpei dogs, high expectations, how “nobody is going to work for you as hard as you’ll work for yourself” and how a high hourly rate is actually not expensive in the long run. It’s very rare to find a humble man with the experience, skill set, and stature of this man. He’s an absolute role model for the next generation. I’m so fortunate to have him on the show and I’m proud to consider him a friend. Hope you all enjoy.
