Ep.61 Hayden Durocher joins us again on the podcast! I’ve had some time to really get to know Hayden since his last appearance and I think that’s really shows on this weeks episode of the podcast. Monday morning Hayden, Steph from teek interiors, Steve from Whitby drywall and I start a double house project up north, so we talk about the site, talk tools, talk about the business and working with different brands. We basically just hangout for two and a half hours (which is an hour shorter than the last one… you’re welcome) I’m proud to be working with Hayden and I’m proud to call him a friend. Ep.56 Kaden Whitmey joins us this week on the podcast. Kaden is one of the new additions to the Columbia tools family and he’s an absolute powerhouse. He’s taking on roles in the marketing world and on the business side of the company. At 19, he’s a very impressive addition to the team. He has a background in video editing, sales and being all around super interesting. We talk about his first few months with the company, the trips he’s been on since, our times we’ve gotten to hangout, tools, marketing, sales and how the water fight with Danny Moody isn’t over.

Ep.53 Chad Hesser joins us on the podcast this week. Chad is Based in Illinois and is crushing it. Ive known chad a little over a year now and we’ve worked together on quite a few projects. The Great Fresco Harmony Adventure being the first. Chad is a master at texture, he has experience in all the different materials and hasn’t stopped learning and growing in that field. We talk the about our previous adventures, the industry, running a business, tools, different finishing techniques and systems, Quality over Quantity and how growth sometimes isn’t the best plan for success. Chads not only an excellent finisher, he is also a good friend. I hope everyone enjoys this episode as much as we had fun making it.

Ep53. Erik Struebig joins us on the podcast this week. E is a crane mechanic amongst other things.
