Ep.53 Chad Hesser joins us on the podcast this week. Chad is Based in Illinois and is crushing it. Ive known chad a little over a year now and we’ve worked together on quite a few projects. The Great Fresco Harmony Adventure being the first. Chad is a master at texture, he has experience in all the different materials and hasn’t stopped learning and growing in that field. We talk the about our previous adventures, the industry, running a business, tools, different finishing techniques and systems, Quality over Quantity and how growth sometimes isn’t the best plan for success. Chads not only an excellent finisher, he is also a good friend. I hope everyone enjoys this episode as much as we had fun making it.

Ep53. Erik Struebig joins us on the podcast this week. E is a crane mechanic amongst other things. We get into all kindov things in this episode, we talk troll clothing, not budging with personal time, “doing the work”, pay and raises, knowing your worth, billable hours, accountability, the importance of having your own tools, how to know what tools you need, power lifting, not drinking and the power of routine. I have a note in my phone titled “be a man” so I go through the list and pick topics I think make sense to talk about. Very quickly 2 hours goes by.
