Ep.53 Chad Hesser joins us on the podcast this week. Chad is Based in Illinois and is crushing it. Ive known chad a little over a year now and we’ve worked together on quite a few projects. The Great Fresco Harmony Adventure being the first. Chad is a master at texture, he has experience in all the different materials and hasn’t stopped learning and growing in that field. We talk the about our previous adventures, the industry, running a business, tools, different finishing techniques and systems, Quality over Quantity and how growth sometimes isn’t the best plan for success.
